This policy applies to information Bedrok Labs handles through bedroklabs.com, Bedrok product experiences including Permit Pulse, our business communications, and lead forms or advertisements that link to this policy. It applies whether you submit information directly to Bedrok Labs or through a platform such as Facebook or Instagram.
This policy does not govern a third party’s independent practices. Third-party services and websites may provide their own privacy notices.

When you access our website or products, Bedrok Labs and the providers that operate them may automatically receive limited technical information. Permit and project information
Permit Pulse uses permit and related project information from public records and other available sources to produce permit-derived project opportunities and project signals. Some source records may include business details or information associated with an individual.

- from advertising and lead-generation forms, including forms provided through Meta, Facebook, or Instagram;

Bedrok Labs may use information to:
- prepare, personalize, and deliver a requested Permit Pulse sample report;
- filter permit-derived project opportunities according to a supplier’s products, trade, and service area;

- follow up about Permit Pulse and other relevant Bedrok Labs services;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve our website and products;
- measure advertising and campaign performance, when applicable;

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising technologies
The current public Bedrok Labs marketing page does not load optional analytics tags or advertising pixels. Bedrok product experiences may use cookies and browser storage that are needed for authentication, session continuity, security, saved preferences, and draft or workflow continuity. Our servers and error-monitoring tools may also process limited request and diagnostic information to keep the services reliable and secure.
Lead forms displayed on Facebook or Instagram run on Meta’s services. Meta may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies and settings. If Bedrok Labs later adds optional analytics, advertising pixels, or other technologies that require notice or choice, we will update our disclosures and provide the controls required by applicable law.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide requested services, maintain business and transaction records, support security and fraud prevention, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the information, why it was collected, operational needs, and applicable requirements. We may delete, de-identify, or aggregate information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

Even after an unsubscribe, we may send non-marketing messages related to an active account, transaction, request, or service. Browser and device settings may let you control cookies or local storage, although blocking storage required for authentication or core features may affect how a product works.

Depending on where you live and whether a particular state law applies to Bedrok Labs, you may have rights to request access to or a copy of personal information, learn about how it is used or disclosed, correct inaccuracies, delete information, or appeal a denied request. These laws apply only when their requirements and business thresholds are met. Nothing in this policy is a statement that a particular state statute applies to Bedrok Labs. The current public Bedrok Labs marketing page does not use advertising pixels or cross-context behavioral advertising. If a legally required opt-out becomes applicable to our practices, we will provide the corresponding choice mechanism and honor recognized preference signals where required.
